Summary The U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control announced the designation of five individuals and two companies in Lebanon and the United Arab Emirates for supporting Hassan Moukalled, CTEX Exchange, and Hezbollah sanctions evasion and related financial activities. The action was taken pursuant to Executive Order 13224, as amended, and blocked the designated persons’ property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction.
