Summary The U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control announced the designation of Salman Raouf Salman, a senior member of Hezbollah’s External Security Organization, for acting for or on behalf of Hezbollah under Executive Order 13224. The action was announced following Argentina’s designation of Salman on July 18, 2019, and in tandem with the State Department’s July 19, 2019 announcement of a Rewards for Justice offer.
