Summary The U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control announced designations of Syrian regime supporters and Lebanese actors involved in Captagon production, trafficking, and related support for Hezbollah, in coordination with the United Kingdom. The action was taken today under Executive Orders 13572, 13582, and 13224, as amended, and the Caesar Syrian Civilian Protection Act of 2019, with designated persons and covered entities subject to property blocking and related restrictions.
