Summary The U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control announced the designation of Hezbollah financier Mohammad Ibrahim Bazzi, Hezbollah representative to Iran Abdallah Safi-Al-Din, and five companies in Europe, West Africa, and the Middle East as Specially Designated Global Terrorists under Executive Order 13224.
