Summary The U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control announced designations targeting an international oil smuggling and money laundering network that it said facilitated Iranian oil sales for the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Qods Force and Hezbollah. The action was taken under Executive Order 13224, as amended, and required the blocking and reporting of the designated persons’ property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction.
