Summary The U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control announced the designation of two individuals and three entities for acting as conduits for sanctions evasion schemes involving Hezbollah financiers, and added Energy Engineers Procurement and Construction as an alias for Global Trading Group NV. The action was issued on the date of the document and followed the State Department’s April 22, 2019 Rewards for Justice announcement concerning Hezbollah’s financial mechanisms.
